Therapeutic Massage consists of medium to firm pressure and is planned out with specific treatment goals in mind to improved quality of life using Cupping, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Hot Stones, Compression Therapy and other Specialized Techniques.
Body Contouring
Non-invasive, manual contouring treatments available. Options available are: Ultrasonic Cavitation to break down fat cells below the skin, Radio Frequency to tighten up the skin, or Electrical Muscle Stimulation to tone and strengthen muscles.
CranioSacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) utilizes a variety of gentle techniques to address imbalances and promote healing. These techniques involve subtle touch and manipulation of the bones, tissues, and membranes surrounding the brain, spinal cord, and sacrum.
